I am going to college for baking and pastry arts, which has always been a passion of mine. I also enjoy working with the medium of clay, so it made sense to combine these interests. I chose to create porcelain forms that show off a variety of desserts. My pieces emphasize that desserts are also a work of art.  It was important to come up with innovative designs that complement as opposed to compete with the pastry.
